Base64 Passwords

Everyone should be using password managers by now. There are very good reasons why, and why some are best. Uptake by users varies, so if someone is not yet using a good password manager, there is still hope and an "at-least" workaround: Use an online base64 generator. Just search for one. Then input a unique, long password you don't use elsewhere. Use a combination of upper and lowercase, numbers, and special symbols. Just make it something memorable. It can be mnemonic. Then convert it to base64. Use the output as your password for a site, account, or app. Now, you don't need to remember the output, which will be secure. You just need to know and be sure to remember the inputted password. When it comes time to supply the outputted password, go to an online base64 generator, input the memorable password, convert to base64, and input that output as need in the relevant password field.
